Reimbursement/budget question. Seems like membership fee to some DEI legal organizations is steep (like $10K-15K) , and I’m wondering how to ask the company to become a member. Like what’s in it for the company?

Lol what a scam 😂. Pay us $15k so you can claim you’re not racist.

Reminds me of the “trained marxist” BLM founder who bought a mansion in a 99% white neighborhood lmfao

Flip it around - why do you want to join? What do you/the company get for this insanely expensive membership? Do you then have costs to participate? Is it just a check the box item to show you’re woke and support DEI?

Why not put the money into something more valuable like a local community initiative, hiring diverse local students from underprivileged backgrounds, or having speakers from organizations come and supporting them with donations?

Good morning!

I would love to get into provider credentialing, but all employers I've looked at want at least 3 years of experience. So, I'm looking at Provider Network Coordinator roles, because I'm finding some of those roles don't need AS MUCH experience. I'm a RHIT, and have been working in healthcare for nearly 10 years.

Anyone know who might be looking for a network coordinator?

My co-worker is so resentful and competitive because I was promoted over her last year which caused a demotion on her end. People in the company still go to her for things that should be for me but she rarely corrects them.
