What kind of project and work i can expect from both the company and which will be a best option for mumbai location.
Is LTI give still WFH ? If not is mandatory?

I have a phone interview coming up for SWE,
I’m a full time systems engineer and my work is no where related to coding.
I have been putting in double hours, studying DS and ALGO.
Any other recommendations that I should keep in mind to crack this interview. I’m all excited that a google recruiter got in touch with me, at the same time I’m really anxious and low on confidence.
Education: MS in CS,Google

It may not feel like it but good things came from this too:
- You got this far in the process which is truly a big accomplishment. Very few people get to Hiring Committee!
- Now for the next time you apply you’re not going in blind- you know what to expect in terms of process, and how to structure answers.
- HC rejection for future apps- they’ll look for improvement in whatever areas they felt were lower than the bar/expectations.
- Many Googlers apply multiple times before getting hired. So don’t worry, there’s always another shot!

They mean it when they say they'll keep an eye out for you. Same thing happened to me earlier this year. Had an email from the recruiter a few weeks later telling me there was another opening in the team and that they were ok to extend an offer on the spot (no further interviews).
Hey M1. I did not negotiate to not have any further interviews. To be honest - I had another offer from a tech firm I was going to take and this came around very randomly. The recruiter asked to set up a call and I explained my situation to her. She then told me that they were interested in extending an offer to me.
Not sure if having another offer in hand made any difference? But I did not negotiate directly.
For what it's worth - if I were you, I'd pace myself and do the additional interviews. Don't have any expectations and prepare for the worst, but hope for the best.

Ex Deloitte here: Don't worry, you made it very very far and Google is an absolutely difficult nut to crack. HC comments are more like scorings, so if there is someone else with a higher score then they would get preference. I tried 3 to 4 times before finally making through. So keep the positive energy on and don't worry on future impacts. I had done very bad in my previous attempts but every fresh interview was a fresh start. You in fact have an upper hand now, I am sure you will get through in next one.
