MD billed a full-time week to our project and is now getting angry about our projected profitability drop 😑

On track to max out my 401k and will max my Roth IRA next month. I think I’ll have about 3k to invest by the end of this year before I can start putting contributions toward my 2022 Roth IRA. What do you guys think is the best place for that 3k? Should I max out my 401k faster? Diversify more into crypto (about 1/7 of my network)? One note is that I can’t do mega backdoor Roth.

Couple notes on my situation.

35k in equity (14k in 401k, 16k in Roth IRA, 5k I’m crypto)
11k in debt

Any good resources for those starting in crypto? Seems to be a lot of info out there and not a lot of “here is how it is done” without all the BS and fluff.

Maybe asked a different way, if you could start off on crypto again, what would you do differently (besides not buying a pizza with bitcoin and not mining bitcoin).
