Relocating in Feb/March. We are more city people than suburb. No kids (and won’t have any). Office will be in Bellevue, but would prefer to live in Seattle, so maybe East side?? Recommended neighborhoods to check out for living? I know it has so much to do with personal preference, but would rather hear from individual experiences than generalized blog posts. Thanks!

Maybe I’m ignorant but I have never heard east side to mean anything but the east side of lake washington, ie Bellevue and surrounding.

Op might be thinking about Eastlake? OP I recommend you to rent in dt bellevue - commuting sucks on I90 and 405. Just Uber to Seattle

Bellevue and Mercer Island are nice (if you can afford it) but similar to you, I wanted to be in the city. Since you’d be commuting to Bellevue, it should be reasonable if you live near either of the bridges connecting Seattle to east side (Wallingford/UD/Mount Baker/Leschi). Good luck!

I used to live in Mercer Island. I absolutely loved living there. Def worth checking out if it fits in your budget :)

I just found out that my CPA failed to file my returns and submit payment on time even though they confirmed on the 18th that it was going to be filed that day. I do corporate taxes and have extremely limited experience in personal taxes. What should I be concerned about here other than the penalty and late fees for their negligence?

Ok, using excel is not a primary function for my role (this will be very obvious shortly...) So please be kind! On my sheet, in the first and third columns, I have lists of reference numbers. In the second column I have a client name. I already identified the duplicates in the first and third columns using conditional formatting. What I need to find now is column 2 value, whenever value in column 3 is identified as duplicate. Problem is, I have over 120k rows of data so I can't filter! Help!
