I just got a job offer, but I’m in the middle of a big project and we just lost another staff member to a different firm. Im not unhappy with my current job, but this new job has a lot of pros that are making me want to leave.

Just need to rant - A manager I worked under took credit for my work, and had the client write her a recommendation on LinkedIn stating that she was the person responsible for it.

I have 3.5 years experience as an external auditor. I really want to shift to valuation advisory. Is it the right time to leave audit given the years of experience. I just feel audit is ab recession proof practice and I don’t know if it’s worth leaving audit

How much background knowledge in pen testing do you need before signing up for the OSCP? Will the materials they provide me be enough to learn from? I’ve been in software dev and IAM for the last few years, but trying to break into pen testing. Im stuck in the tutorial loop on THM, HTB, OverTheWire, picoCTF, and I feel like im not learning real skills I can take with me to the wild, just following the basic tutorials of outdated vulns.
