Sainsbury's Has anyone interviewed at Sainsbury's DTD? I have a Tech + Behavioural Competency Interview scheduled for a Cloud Engineer role and would like to know how it would be?
Any employees who are currently working in DTD?
Could you please shed some light on how the general work culture is and how's the hybrid working flexibility?
Thanks in advance!

I wish I was the “several hours ahead” type. So far, I’m the “15 mins ahead” type 🥲
Getting a dog doesn't always help you become a morning person. My dog sleeps in until the last of us (me or my husband) leaves the bed. My husband is fully remote and is often late for meetings so my dog will sleep in until 10-11 on weekdays and she's still in bed (with husband) right now (12:26pm).

Usually I get up at 6:30 am, go to the gym at 7:30, then make a pour over coffee and join a meeting by 9:30.

Boundaries. I don't have international clients currently.
8:00 am. Then start work at 9:00am.
1.5 hours before I log on for the day. Gives me time to go for a walk, make a coffee, & do a few things around the house. No kids & I work from home
Typically, I’m up at 6:45 leaving time for errands, breakfast, and just general peace of mind.
I still aim for the 10am start time because I’ve learned starting at 8 doesn’t mean I won’t field messages at 5:30/6. Became a 10-hour workday real quick.
Workout days
6:30am wake up
6:45 - 8am gym
8:30 - 8:45am log on
Non-workout days
7:40am wake up
8:30 - 8:45am log on
Log off between 5:30pm - 10pm depending on the day
Wake up 8:55 start work at 9
I wake up like two-three hours before work to meditate and workout
5:15 coffee , 6:30 gym, and on calls around 8:30
5:30am wake up, gym at 6, walk or some things around the apartment then emails/first call by 8a
There were times when it was wake up 30 minutes after work schedule and start working 30 minutes later if no meetings 😏
530 wake up, 6-7 gym, 7-8 shower, get ready, protein shake, juice, coffee #allthefluids, 8am meeting

My alarm is set for 7:15am but I wake up and get out of bed at 7:45am to take my dog out. I log in to work between 8:15-8:30am then get my day started.
Tbh since my work is fairly easy I just wake up at like 9:15 and start working whenever or when I have my first meeting of the day.
5:45 but I work out before work, and log on a bit early just to address some things
Usually 645 and have a chilled hour in prayer devotion meditation then watching the news with coffee. Start working between 8 and 830 depending on my day
Usually 4 min before my first meeting.
So 8:26 or 8:56 😬
Usually 45m before my first meeting to walk the dog and have breakfast. I go to gym after work and/or work late
My kid wakes me up now but some days I would just dial into meetings from my phone.
5 or 5:30am wake up, try to have coffee with SO and workout before starting
