Renegotiating my salary with a healthcare co that brings in about $500M-$800M in revenue per year. Senior Strategy Analyst with an Analyst below me, but doesn’t directly report to me. Looking to use actual job postings/salaries as data points (location agnostic). 4YOE, directly reports to a VP, works daily with VPs and CSuite, and trains Analyst.
Classic Strategy responsibilities such as:
-Financial/operation modeling
-leading multiple 10+ people work streams. -excel/SQL/PowerBI

I’m expecting to max out 401K+Roth contribution of 19K by November. What happens after that? Will company still match 6% even if I can’t contribute? Also- what are best alternative savings options?

Does a PI attorney have the duty to investigate/find or know whether defendant has a coverage ? Defendant never interposed an answer and default judgement was granted! By the time the insurance carrier learned about the lawsuit, they argued they lost the opportunity to investigate and develops defense/late notice defense bcz insured did not notify them about the suit. Any input? Can PI attorney get in trouble for not investigating or notifying the carrier ?
