No device or massage is going to ease your pain over the long term. Have to get into deep stretches and tolerate some pain thresholds through deep breathing. Couch stretch, pigeon pose, downward/upward dog, frog pose are all good places to start to loosen up hips/lower back which are usually the most tight from sitting. Look up ways to regress them so they are not as painful at first. In general, look up other yoga poses to incorporate and some limited equipment u could use is some yoga blocks and a band to help you pull

I’ve done dry January and a lot of weight melted off. I was already shooting to keep it going through to March. For super lean people (borderline Instagram models), do you still drink alcohol after your 20s? I remember a male stripper in Vegas told me he only drank a shot of vodka once a year 😂 and that was the extent of his drinking, but he looked great.

struggling in my relationship. Recently my bf’s been struggling with his mental health so I mentioned to him that he might want to consider finding a therapist for daily maintenance. 9 months later, he hasn’t done it and he’s become a wreck - struggling at grad school, not helping in the house, messing up/not doing critical tasks like paying rent. But he wont help himself and just complains, and he’s starting to hurt my mental health too. Any advice to help him help himself is appreciated!

Have money invested in S&P 500, and now starting to regret not having diversified to international stocks as well. Would want to diversify now to buy a total stock market index, however since S&P 500 dropped more than that index, not sure it’s worth to crystallize losses to do that. The alternative is to stop buying S&P 500 and start buying other markets as separate ETFs, to eventually bring in line approx. with total stock market index. Any advice on the best course of action?

Any tips for staying injury free in middle age? My body seems to be falling apart. Before Covid, I injured my shoulder in a bad fall while skiing that would have kept me off the slopes for a year if the pandemic hadn’t. Last week, I pulled my lower back, also skiing.
