Reposting after a few edits. How can I improve? feel free to be BRUTALLY honest! my biggest concern is that i compromised on the font size rule of >10 to add more activities… should I not? how can i avoid being screened out?
[applying to entry-level consulting roles, LS strategy or management] TIA :)

It does look quite dense. After reading through the leadership section, I felt that could be parsed down. I think you can include the titles/roles without 4 bullet points for them. In addition, I'm not sure that the life sciences/healthcare and personal skills are necessary for the resume. You can highlight those things in a cover letter or somewhere else in your application, though.

@consultant 1 thanks for your feedback! is there any other activities you recommend I take out completely to make space? (Have to remove 1-2 experiences to get the font up to 10)

After another read-through, a lot of your bullet points are full sentences/wordy. I think that you can condense the wording/remove redundancies. Focus on the stats (improved by..., increase X by...)

Looks super wordy…fix your margins they don’t look normal off too

You graduated 1 year ago- you do not net everything on here.

Move your education to first line, center your name- this it expected and will help people find that info faster. You’ve got a great gpa so don’t make people search.

I’m not sure I fully understand Amazons pay structure. I’m applying for a Sr. Customer Success manager role but the base is low. The sign on bonus may help and the go forward RSU’s…but it seems so unstable. What are the pros and cons of working with Amazon?

What is the best way to respond when an interviewer insists that you provide a base number for compensation during the interview process? I mentioned that I was interested in learning more about the full compensation package (benefits, etc.), but the recruiter insisted twice. I do not want to price myself out of a position or lose money either. All tips are greatly appreciated.

EY is actively recruiting for FDD positions across all levels (senior managers, managers, seniors) and offices. DM if you’re interested in applying and we can chat about any questions you may have. I’m based out of the east region (NYC, Tysons/DC, Philly, Boston) and can communicate directly with the partners I work with to hopefully expedite the process! But happy to still connect if you’re interested in joining another office.
