Yeah, that’s pretty standard and usually the case. Although I don’t think it’s specific in our contract. I have also heard stories of people leaving in 2nd year and due to good PPMD relationships there was no payback.

Have anyone done contracting negotiations before? I've interviewed for co A & B and co A extended an offer today. The offer does not meet my current salary. had a miscarriage recently and am having hard time not to think or worry about what happened. It’s been 3 weeks and my husband just yelled at me saying 1. I should be grateful for the kid I have 2.
