ZS Associates Hello folks, I am a permanent employee of Persistent. I am deputed at the client side. My client is an ZS associate. Recently I have resigned from persistent. But ZS is very happy with my work. They don't want me to go. My ZS manager has asked the persis manager to retain me OR remove the cooling period clause, ZS is ready to hire me as a permanent employee. I will be very happy is ZS takes me as Permanent employee. I have a similar situation. Unfortunately in my experience, beyond being honest about your concerns there is no way to persuade someone to seek help. They have to want it for themselves or it won’t work.
Yes I’m actually even considering admitting her to an in-patient treatment center against their will. She have seen psychiatrists in the past but she would flush the meds afterwards refusing to take them. For psychiatrists appointments in the past as well, it took A LOT of time on our part to get her to see them but it was never really effective
