Not a single chance.

Lol, you can request anything, but if you don’t see how different a one time bonus vs a part of your salary is.....

Op is hoping that the company that hires them does not understand math. Great!

Its all about the base..

“Instead of just once, I’d like to be paid my full signing bonus each year, please”

likefunny

I’d be surprised if someone would agree to that. That puts them on the hook for an extra 40k every year.

like

Maybe 20k sign on and 180k salary or something. Base is valued more than bonus

like

that’s definitely not how that works hut good luck

funny

Please don’t make a fool of yourself by doing this. They might rethink their decision.

like

I'd be very surprised if they're receptive to this. Usually it works the other way ,- you request a salary bump and they give you a bigger signing bonus instead

like

This will never happen.

Signing bonus is used to circumvent margin hits

You are joking right?

What level ? Didn’t know we give 40 sign up bonus

I work directly with executives on a number of issues in their departments.
