Hi Fishes
I wanted to know the Employee Perks/ benefits provided by Freshworks Inc to employees.
I am currently working in a Company where in they pay ₹ 5,000/- a month for wellness reimbursement, free Cab, food Annual Education reimbursement upto ₹3,50,000/- etc
All employees are eligible to these benefits and these are beyond the CTC.
Does Freshworks Inc provide any of the above or any other benefits besides CTC ?

Just because you are not interested in living past 70 doesn’t mean you won’t.
From what I've seen, most peoples' desire to live past a certain age rises dramatically as they approach said age.
Some folks have pretty good QoL even into their 70s and 80s..

Sorry, OP, but this is stupid.
Not only because of what D1 pointed out but also because you’re missing out on compounding your savings - putting 19.5k today away now will make much more money for you than it will in 10 years, which means you can be freer then whether it is retiring early or whatever else you may want to do. Plus you’d still need money to make to 70 - so save enough first, and then stop saving later.
As you age, you will realize that 70 does not seem as old as it once was. I’m over two decades away, I assume you are well over 4 away. Live life to the fullest AND put away for retirement.
Stop funding retirement account, apply DCF to life. Start enjoying to max, travel, eat, smoke, smoke up, fornicate to max. If you do all that, you don’t need to live beyond 60-70. Depending on your social circle, keep some funding in 401k to take you thru last few years of life assuming you will Have medical.
I contribute the minimum that maximizes my company match, and invested the rest in real estate and stocks. I did better than the market and it’s all liquid.

RE is quite liquid yep - depends on the debt to equity ratio but a good RE investment can be considered liquid
Save it. Life hit me very hard in my mid-late-30's. I didn't save much and wasn't prepared and made a very bad situation worse. Life will absolutely throw you some curve balls well before 70.

I've come to the same realization. Dialing back to have access to more liquid. Also since I'm early in my career, would rather put that money towards higher risk investment channels

There is no need to absolutely max out every retirement account. Just because it works for the majority doesn’t mean it ll work for you. In my case I need the liquid cash to fund my side hustles. So no I don’t want all my savings locked away for 30 years. Dial down the contributions to maximize company match, do the math and see what’s the least you could contribute and still have “enough” to survive if you need to, and yeah use the rest of the cash to whatever you deem necessary. You can even fund a promising start up and either you lose everything or you become rich just by investing capital. So definitely cut back, re-assess for a few years, and see how it goes
Contributing, and maximizing, your retirement accounts is one of the sure shot way to financial independence. There are a number of ways to access your retirement accounts early. Book mark the URL below.

temperamental. You are 30ish. You are likely to live well past 70 unless you kill yourself. Especially since you have a job with no health risks (except alcoholism and obesity) and great medical coverage.
