My parents act extremely needy and constantly guilt-trip me for moving out of India. They literally said that they didn't get anything in return for raising and educating us. Isn't it a parent's responsibility to raise their kids? Honestly, they lose my respect every time they do so. My first instinct was to call my cousin (whom I’m close with, like a sis) and tell her but after giving it some time, I’m on the fence. About a year ago, I found inappropriate TikTok’s of a close friend’s kid and told my friend as soon as I found out. She sounded appreciative that I let her know but TBH, our relationship hasn’t been the same and we rarely talk anymore.
