I’m new in a dual media relations/digital role. I found myself surprised to see that the digital team actually has account editing video/designing graphics. Is this normal? Before I was at a larger agency where creative would be called in to do this work. We have a creative team at this new agency so I’m not sure why they aren’t called to support. Needed some recommendations regarding a visa issue I'm facing.
I need to travel to Belgium in late June for client meetings and therefore need a Schengen. Ideally I'd apply for a business visa through the Belgian consulate. However the earliest appointment isn't for another 10 days and processing time is 3 weeks so I'm worried about receiving it in time. Are there any other routes I should explore?

Has anyone felt the need to travel before deciding on what career path to take? A big reason why I'm feeling the call is because I'm not convinced I want to stay where I currently live. How does one make a decision about whether to go back to school if you're thinking you at least need to see what else is out there?
