I vote bullets.
As someone who reviews hundreds of resumes, bulleted sentences work best that sum up your role/responsibilities and impact. The story of how you did it is for the interview.
Perhaps think of the entire application as a whole. If you’re giving a cover letter with it then there’s no need to go into elaborate an elaborate story about each role in your resume. Probably keep it to bullets and highlight any notable achievements or clients.
