Resume Question - I am currently 2+ years at my firm and previously I interned 2 summers here prior to full-time (2 projects) - 1). Do I separate out this experience or bundle it up? 2). Do I move my start date to the first internship date or when hired full-time?

Keep it separated.

For now, I’d separate the internships (combine to one) and the full time and have separate bullets. Once you have enough stuff on your resume not to need to reference the internships, I’d pull that into bullets under your college experience or remove altogether. No one will count that towards years of experience, so it won’t matter

I'm having the last loop interviews with Amazon for an analyst position, but I'm realizing that it might not be the right place for me, I'm currently working at hpe and have a good balance, 11+ YOE, I'm not sure if it's really worth the effort. Can someone tell me about what level sales ops analyst job might be? I looked for range salaries and it looks like it is 55k for Germany, so not really much of what I'm earning now.

I read bad comments about the culture and the workload balance.

Hello there! I currently work in billing at a medical office. I got my Bachelors in Psychology a few years ago but I couldn’t find a position that seemed like a good option for me that was well paying and fulfilling. I tried working as a tech at an Applied Behavior Analysis clinic but it wasn’t a good fit. I’m hesitant to try case management or social work because I worry I won’t like it but I want to use my degree in Psychology. Does anyone have any ideas for me?

Any advice? I'm an assistant supervisor in hospitality (4 YOE). Base $12/hr. It’s a tipped position, which makes it $17-$20/hr. No bonus. Minimal benefits. Not allowed to move up in my own department. We live and breathe excel. The job itself isn't stressful, but I feel like I'm wasting my time. I've considered switching industries. I'm good with computers & have 5 YOE in photography (also various adobe applications). I feel stuck and have no idea where to go from here.

I had a good reputation in the company before this, but now every day I feel like a failure because I keep making mistakes.
