Can you reach out to HR? Or to your Ethics and Compliance department? This smells like an EEOC violation waiting to happen.

like

Find a new job. Sounds like they don't value you, and they are trying to force you out. I experienced the same thing, as well as discrimination for taking leave, at my last job with a major consulting firm. I am grateful to have been able to leave for a much higher paying job at a company with a reputation for treating employees well and being family friendly.

like

If you were advised no change to pay and then they have reduced your fte pay then surely that’s not ok. Are you part time now? If you have an issue with your manager then you should raise it with their manager, or to the hr manager as a grievance.Go back to original notes re role change and see what was agreed then and what is in place now and include this. It sounds like there are 2 issues- pay and performance. You should speak to your LM about the performance issue, to find out what is the problem and why is it a problem. Then you can go from there.

like

What a mess! As soon as you started earning less than you had on maternity leave, it was time to resign. They're not looking out for you at all. I imagine it's hard to leave with at least one child to think about but if you have any savings cushion this is the perfect time to use it and find somewhere else to be.

like

I am UK based and work within the HR department so not sure who to talk to.

This sounds like a case of constructive dismissal. I would have one to two documentary conversations with the LM/HR (even position as “I’m a bit lost, my salary seems to have changed, is there something I misunderstood about the comp agreement?”). And once you have anything, go talk to an employee relations/labour lawyer

My family member passed while I was out on PTO. I sent in a request for more time off and my ms steer called and asked why am I requesting more time off. I told her about the death. But since she asked I also asked her about my bereavement time. None was granted, I only exceeded my PTO. Why wasn’t I granted time for bereavement?

Moms. Talk to me about working under contract to hire when you have a family. Been through several rounds of interviews but the role is contract, not full time (yet). My husband and kid rely on my salary and benefits. Is this a bad idea? No paid time off. Benefits included but no idea how good they are yet. Also wanting to expand our family and I have no idea if FMLA is included and recruiter didn't know either.

Hello, need some advice. I hit a year at my current job this month and was expecting a compensation review and was just now told my company does it annually so wait until February. Is this normal? My compensation is quite low and I worked really hard and anywhere else I would be making at least 30-40k more just because I have been applying and interviewing with other companies, so this is another push towards applying more. TIA.
