We got a form to opt for carrying forward 2022 PLs to 2023. But in the form, there are some fixed values up to 15. I have some tentative leaves for Dec and I want to carry forward all my remaining leaves by the end of ‘22 to 2023.
How can I do that with the form? Can I select 15 the max option and system would forward any remaining leaves to 2023? What about fractions? I have 5.88 leaves as of today. So there will be 4.5 new credits by EoY minus some tentative leaves.
Would appreciate any help.
