RFE on H1-B | EY Tech Consulting - Staff
I received an RFE today "seeking additional evidence of how the job position qualifies as a specialty occupation and how a bachelor’s degree in a specific field of study is normally the minimum requirement for entry into a Consulting Staff - Technology Consulting position."
I have a STEM Master's degree. Can someone please give me pointers on approaching the RFE worksheet or the whole process? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. If you know that life, I’m pretty much the main parent for our kids. I don’t want to work in the hospital/floor work anymore; nor do I believe the hrs are flexible enough. I need a job that’s flexible for the kids but pays >$44/hr. Maybe remote or hybrid? Please help w/ suggestions.

Hello Fishes, I'm planning to join Deloitte india in the second week of November, I have got a designation of "Manager". I'm from a technical background (SF DevOps).

I am finishing up my second year of practice as a lawyer. I transitioned to plaintiffs pi work from a boutique commercial litigation firm. I like the work and not having to bill. The issue I am having is managing volume. I have about 150 active files some pre-lit and the rest are in litigation. Cases range in value from very small to low six figures. I also take the driver seat for the grunt work on the firms bigger cases which are at or near 7 figure value. I constantly feel (cont.)

H1-B transfer question

I recently accepted an offer to join a company (A) . They started my H1-B transfer and I received today the approval notice for the transfer.

However, I accepted last week a (better) offer at another company (B) and they will start soon my H1-B transfer.

I attend to tell company (A) on Monday that I will not be joining them. Will there be any issue with company B filing for a H1-B transfer soon?

Are there private equity’s or hedge funds in NYC that will sponsor/transfer H1-B for positions such as Fund Accountants or Senior Fund Accountants?

Want to join new company after h1b transfer completed. Need to give 2 weeks notice to current employer. Can I work for current employer for those 2 weeks notice period after h1b transferred to new employer?when does the current employer get notified of h1b transfer, in case that happens?

Since EY Law does not provide evidence of filling for H1b, how sure can one be that the company really filed for them? With the high rate of H1b denials, I doubt EY Law really filed for everyone.
