Hi Fishes, I am a Subcon working at CG and have resigned recently with NP of 30 days. Is it necessary to explain as why I have decided to leave? If yes, will it be okay if I tell them practical reason but it would be a lie ofcourse. By any means, i have no intentions of staying back/receiving conversion or even hike since I have a way better opportunity with an organisation of repute and I don't want to get into any corporate politics. Will it be a problem for me if they find out later?Capgemini

No, you are only entitled to the LCA portion of your original petition by law. Anything else they share is just good faith. But I agree, it’s a shitty thing to do.
If the RFE is on the employer they generally dont share details, if it was bcuz of your documents then they would probably reach out and ask.
Maybe they screwed up
Last year, EY law had uploaded my RFE to inszoom. That was pretty transparent
They upload the RFE. Not the denial reason
@EY3, they did for me as well but they didn’t for a colleague. So I’m suspecting that they do it selectively based on what the reason is. And the same with responses. They only update the response if it doesn’t give away EY specific information. For eg If it discloses median wage paid for similar employees in that level or with that background then the response is not updated in InsZoom. They told me that EY is our client, you’re not so we only upload when we think it’s in their best interest.
Op why you have Change of employer rfe with gglaw. Aren't you already in Deloitte.
Do not join Deloitte if immigration is a concern until they move law firm. I want to leave deloitte only due to Gobarman Gandson.
Deloitte 2 I am with Deloitte but this is a change of status / employer from F1 to H1 as I have only used 2 years on my H1 till now
