Maybe don’t jump all in. Do a hybrid model and slowly over a couple years move your client base over to the RIA model.

We are a hybrid and don’t have a specific clientele use the RIA. We believe in ETF models and active management. Our clients that use the RIA believe the same. We do have people who don’t and use the brokerage side.
