So , which one should choose. I heared Mindtree policies are still better than Larsen & Toubro Infotech as they don't track and provides sick leaves also over paid leaves.
But in LTI they do track and no sick leaves are there .
So after merger Mindtree policies will apply or LTI policies will be apply ?

I love my zojirushi. Have had it for 7+ years and probably make rice 2-3x a week. Mostly Nishiki or Calrose white but occasionally other types too. It does a great job and has a quick cooking mode that tastes good and only takes about 35 minutes.
Interesting i didn’t realize rice cookers took so long. Stovetop is 20 minutes!
Instant Pot
Ive been cooking different types of rice in an instant pot for over 2 years now as rice is a staple in our house. Haven't had an issue yet.
Am Korean and my family has, and I have, always used cuckoo. Its pressurized, so rice is done SUPER quick (20-25mins), and you always get perfectly made rice that lasts 3 days in the pot easy.
I used a cheaper zojirushi when I was a student and didn't like it nearly as much.

When it comes to rice cooker, you gotta get Japanese brand

The Japanese one with the elephant logo (Zojirushi) is sworn by every 1st-generation Asian I know (including my Chinese wife)
I used to have a Cuckoo when I lived in Korea and loooooved it (got it second hand, left it to a friend when I left the country). I plan on investing in another one soon.
Big pro---kept rice fresh for days!
Instant pot FTW. And I’ve used Indian brands in the past (Hawkins, Prestige)

I have the Zojirushi Neuro Fuzzy and can confirm it is great. Had ours for many years cooking rice 2-3 times/week. Never had any issue.
Zojirushi as rice cooker + 99 Ranch store’s Mogami rice (the “premium or best rice”)+ the regular rice setting (about 1 hr cooking time) yields the best rice. I am Chinese and have eaten a lot of rice.
You could save money and storage space by making it in the microwave. 1 cup rice, 2 water, some salt, 5 minutes on high, 15 on medium in a covered glass dish of some sort. After it's done stir the rice and it is fluffy.

As the granddaughter of a Korean immigrant, get a Japanese cooker from a local Asian supermarket, like H Mart if you have one. My grandmother says the Japanese ones make the best rice, and I’ve only ever used Japanese rice cookers.
I want it to make really good rice that I can later use to make fried rice or I want it to make a really good basmati
