I got yelled at so much as a kid (still do). Now every mistake I make at work eats away at my soul, being super anxious I’ll get yelled at for my mistakes. But my seniors are never upset. I can’t stop this narrative in my head that “Oh shoot, they must think I’m an idiot” or I feel like I’m letting them down/and am a burden. I know that mistakes and review comments are part of learning, but I am seriously struggling with this. Any tips?

I'm grounded cause my husband traveled. Under a new order, returning travelers must quarantine 10 days and they should isolate from others in the household, even wear masks at home. Husband is about to return from a work trip, & he's not on board. So to stay "clean" and able to go out myself, I plan to sleep in my home office for HIS quarantine, with my air purifier on, and mask up if we are in the same room. Ridiculously inconvenient, but I do not feel it's ethical to risk infecting others.

Anyone discovering any new (or renewed) life hacks during quarantine?

I am genuinely dreading having to eventually (one day far in the future I hope) try on my work pants again and seeing if I need a new wardrobe.
