Right click menu. If you have a Logitech keyboard with no key to access the right click menu, press FN and F10 to pop open the menu. Very handy when you are trying to lose the mouse.

I want to switch to management as soon as possible but cannot afford a full time MBA. What are my prospects?

When I say management - I'm open to product owner roles as well as being a release manager or plain old people mgr

Hi there! My boss has recently hired more people and she is not managing our new size well. She clearly cannot handle bigger teams and translates her panic into overly-controlling and suffocating structures. Team members have no voice and if they do, it’s something really minor. She talks a lot about a shared vision, reading Dare to Lead together, etc, but it comes off as shallow. How do I call her out in the most supportive way possible? I want to help and this situation is giving me anxiety.

If I want to trace a particular formula in a sheet which has reference to multiple cells from multiple sheet how do I do it using keyboard. I use the trace precedent option (Alt + m + p) it shows arrows double clicking which shows the links to all the cells in different workbook from which the formula is constructed. Is there a keyboard shortcut for the same.

Pressing f5 or ctrl + g does not open the same "go to" dialogue box which opens on double clicking those arrows.

Thanks

However every row doesn’t always have them in the same order and may have slightly different properties. Is there a way to sort this efficiently?- picture for reference, columns v onwards is how I have split with text to columns currently. Any help is greatly appreciated
