Hi, graphic design salaries rarely go beyond 12 lpa. My partner started off as a graphic designer and moved into ui/ux after feeling stagnant. Now her salary is 20lpa fixed. Started with 4.5 lpa progressed to 6 lpa in the first three years. Switched her job last year and got 13. 5 lpa in a bangalore. After 1.5 years in her role with two hikes and one promotion she's reached 20 lpa. Her background is graduation in fine arts and post graduation in interactive design (arts related 2year regular pg degree) DM for more info.

Need to vent for a minute. I am a middle school librarian. I service 5-8 grade students. My library ran smooth as ice cream this past year. I made my own classes and times students were allowed to check in out books. I serviced a grade a day and on Fridays everyone was allowed to come get books. We have new administration and this year I have class periods and one planning period like a regular teacher. I have 27 students in each class. " Ridiculous." Has your library changed?

Market has been in a melt-up . . . An interesting thing happened last night. We made a high in the Asian session and then sold off of that high and never really challenged it until the end of the today session, where we sold off significantly. Remember in the early summer when we would open lower, make lows on a Sunday night, and rally the rest of the week. Could be the inverse happening here and we just go lower from here? 3482 is the next target and below that 3450.
