If In the US, Consider a bridge to MBB via big 4 or even Accenture. They also have fearsome SAP practices that dwarfs Cap’s EU managed attempts in the US. Invent IMHO doesn’t compare.
Neither, try your best to get into an M7.
MBA from M7 and top GMAT scores is a proven route to MBB
At first glance, Capgemini Invent seems to be the obvious choice. But then an ex-MBB advised me that it doesnt matter if I have strategy consulting experience from a not well-know for strategy consulting like Capgemini Invent, because MBB have their own way of doing strategy cases anyway and they would have to train you from the beginning anyway. According to him, it’s better to go for the SAP path to have more tech skills then go to MBB so that you have a better story to tell.
Imho the sap isn’t worth much either. Your best bet is MBA.
MBB doesn’t do SAP implementations that I’m aware of so it’s sort of an irrelevant skill set for everything other than ERP Stratehy scoping projects, which I’d venture they don’t do much of either.
It doesn’t make a difference. None of these will give you a significant advantage when applying to MBB (at least as a generalist). Listen to ATK1 and C1 up there, and in the meantime do what you would prefer doing.
I spent some time researching this earlier. The people who went to MBB were either extremely senior or went to a top mba program.
