Ringing that bell tomorrow. No hate to my firm, but we have a kid during covid and it’s hard to work two jobs and be a daycare provider. Plus, no job makes me as whole as being a father. Old employer arranged a WFH contract deal where my contract is on par with my current pay. Have to pay both sides of FICA taxes, but I control my time and know I can be there for my wife and kid when needed. Keep grindin’ y’all! ✌🏽

My wife is a physician and I’m an implantable device rep. Our household income is over 500k. We owe about 140k for graduate student loans and a mortgage (~300k) on our modest home but are otherwise debt free. We live in a low cost of living city. What strategies would you recommend for us to take advantage of the current economic climate? I’m waiting for the real estate market to react to COVID to start buying rental properties, but any other suggestions?

I’m new to this bowl and to investing in general. My spouse and I have around 305k in liquid assets, no debts, no mortgage (renting), kids (all early school age, childcare expenses are minimal during wfh). 401k almost nonexistent (~15k) since only recently moved to the US but maxing out this year. HHI is about 200-205k. Would appreciate advice on investing. Cannot do individual stock (m&a at work). If invest into etf (sp500) how long would it take to hit 1M milestone? is now a good time to buy?

I need recommendations for nice maternity work pants. My office is WFH but I occasionally need to go in. I’m 16 weeks (first pregnancy) and today realized in a panic when I attempted to get dressed that my work pants are either too tight in the waist to wear or getting there. I’m tall (5’10”) and usually wear Theory, Rag and Bone or J. Crew work pants. Any suggestions for nice black maternity pants that I could pair with a blouse or blazer? Thx!!
