Has anyone ever successfully moved from Account to Creative? I love my job but also want to be more involved in the actual creative process. Would I basically need to restart at the entry level to make a switch like this? I’m great at managing people and giving feedback so would rather just work at an Art Director level, but also realise that is unrealistic without a book. thoughts?

Hi Fishes, I was going to join DI on 25th of April, 2022, but HR mentioned that there’s a requirement so if I can join early and they shifted my DOJ to 11th April, 2022. They haven’t sent me a revised offer letter yet, they’re saying that’s fine, you don’t need a revised offer letter. Should I ask for revised offer letter (with new DOJ) or is that fine?
