When I think of what I would be passionate for, I think of a creative field, like fashion, even if I was a similar, administrative role. I’m not sure there’s room to grow here.

Context: in my previous gig I focused on strategy & I didn’t feel like Ms were being pushed to make sales all the time, but I was further away from that level. In my current (staff aug) gig, leaders seem to focus less on assessing whether the client really needs us/ how we can help, and more on making a sale.
