Roll off dates are the main reason I have trust issues

After joining the firm, I started having severe anxiety. I am currently on the bench, but during my previous 2 project roles, I could not sleep, would literally only eat dinner, and hardly interacted with my project mates. I feel as though my work/ career has suffered heavily- I know I might be capable of doing awesome work but sort of afraid to go above and beyond bc I always think I will fail. Also overall finding it difficult to 'fit in' wherever I am. Anyone experience anything similar? Any advice on how to improve?

Doing some dead boring shit. But working with a great senior manager who promises to pull me up if I stick. But counsellor advises to roll off and find something aligned to me. Opinion? I'm jus staff1

I’m an industry hire at a manager level with 4 months in now and finished my first project two weeks ago (came straight into project after one week orientation).
