Say you currently make 130 at a boutique shop. If you got an offer from T2 for 110 at a level lower than you currently are in, with the prospect of getting promo within 6 months and that bump is to low 150s, would you go for it? Sign on would be about 7.5k. It’s advertised as “taking a step back, to take 2 steps forward”.
