Trying not to be reactive here until my doctor calls, but… obviously can’t help it. My blood test today (28w) came back with results that are worrying me. My RBC and HCT are low (below the standard range) which would indicate slight anemia, but ferritin came back totally normal. This alone wouldn’t cause me too much concern, except that I have counts for NRBC, which seems like a bigger problem. Has anyone else gone through this?

I believe improving one’s sales conversion rate is something everyone want to improve but no one wants to admit they would like to work it. Funny how lawyers will spend thousands on seminars to improve trial skills. But this topic is not discussed in our profession. I have read books in sales. But am unable to find any for lawyers. I am currently job searching. I have multiple job interviews within the next week for roles across the board. I’m trying for find my “forever home”, a company I feel passionate about, and a job that I will love and enjoy. It’s varies from marketing, medical billing, radio sales, and banking. I don’t want to say yes to the first job offered until I’ve completed all the interviews. Is there a professional way to tell a recruiter I’m still shopping around without them losing interest in me?

How are we feeling about written assignments before being advanced to the next step during the interview process? I was given yet another written assignment to do. I declined completely and sent an example of one of my other assignments that I had done from a previous candidacy (in which they took my work and completely removed the job posting). I'm a bit jaded from doing written assignments honestly.

I am at a loss. Has anyone dealt with in-slab (underground) duct work? Our home has just one room with this type of duct work & its got mold, rust, holes. We were thinking we would abandon it by filling it with cement but no HVAC companies I’ve called have any experience with in-slab ductwork. Help please!!
