SEA PAs that you admire the most in terms of “quality of projects - you want” and “leadership know what they are doing in project” => So, you like what you do in relatively sustainable way.
I am creating so much documentation I know this client will let sit and rot and nobody will maintain it.
Anybody have any standard ways they ask clients to share feedback via email when a project ends without making it awkward or too formal? Is this standard practice?
Stuck on a tech implementation for 18 months now. Part of me wants to quit my job, but a big reason I am anxious to do so is how pivotal my knowledge and experience is to the success of the project.
Project ended suddenly and had to cancel my flights. How can I capitalize on travel credit? Or do policies restrict this?
Crazy client... just came to my desk and yelled ... insulted me ... said this is basic shit that a entry level person can do. Any advice ???
Trouble networking virtually; I started recently, 3 months ago. I am not sure how projects/internal moves work but I was wondering if anyone has advice on networking virtually? I am finding it tricky because I don't know anyone apart from my team & I can't view Talent Marketplace because I am on a billable project, not sure how long it will go. I enjoy my work and not looking to move just yet, I wanted to see what else is out there and looking for opportunities to network with more people.
Getting tired of how much our job satisfaction depends on the colleagues we’re around. One project with shitty colleagues is enough to make you really rethink this job
Advisor looking for advise. Sat with a client who is POA for her mother’s estate. Mom is in her 90s. Client was concerned of the potential sell off on the horizon and wants to reallocate moms funds
For those of you who have previously bought a practice, what are some key factors you want to look into when analyzing and conducting due diligence? Specifically for client retention.
I’m very into indian arts culture and myself learned classical dance forms (3), Carnatic singing, and violin, but I am interested to hear about some more arts you all might be engaging in as hobbies or passions. I really like to work with my hands to create something. Right now I’m working on a project to learn interior design using high end, business professional desi design patterns in my apt. What are some other nice arts culture hobbies inspired by India?
How do you represent your time consulting on your resume when looking to go back to industry? I've been on the same A&D project for my year+ at ACN. i.e. what do you share about client work?

Anyone have any insight on Data Insights & Automation role at Uber? I had applied for S&O, recruiter contacted me saying I look like a better fit for this role. There’s not much info but seems like a heavy support role. I’m a data scientist (consulting track, so client facing) for context
Asking for a strat friend. He was approached by a startup to build & design a 10-12 slide client-facing deck. Any advice on how much he should charge?
How many people are suddenly managing an intern they didn’t ask for because project leadership requested one without any idea or scope of what they’d actually do? 🙋🏼♀️
Started a new project in Hollywood. Suddenly went from a solid 6-7 to a measly 3 🥺. Everyone here is so freaking handsome! Haaalp!

Thinking about switching to Accenture from EY. What's Accenture's expense policy like? Can you choose your own hotel? Breakfast, lunch, dinner amounts? Meal averaging if allowance? Per diem? Airlines?
Do your executives and ownership teams care about culture? Do they care about innovating? My top executive is very “stuck in their ways” and refuses to accept that he is creating disconnects with his team.
Need suggestions and your views. Currently at Manager level in DUSI and just got 33% hike. Currently I am holding an offer from a boutique firm which is offering a much higher executive level and 30% hike over my current salary. But since this firm is pretty small and setting up new operations in India, little hesitant. What do you think fishes ?
Is it worth converting my Amex corporate card to platinum ? I travel almost every week and spend approx 1300.
As a immigrant woman from middle class family, all my life, I felt the need to comprise everything, that I always get the third/fourth best choice because of money. My parents shamed me when I get anything good since I was a kid. So even now even I can afford some good things, I never get myself anything good, and I felt bad about it but still very penny pinching.

How are most teachers plan on giving assessments to students who are remote learners? My school is everyday half-day for students (guardians) who chose to be in school. All other students are remote learners every day. That means I had classes with students who are physically there as student to are there through Google meets. I'm just trying to see what other teachers are doing to balance the two types of learners and how give fair assessments.....
