Foley Chicago generally has a good, fairly laidback Midwestern culture. Paralegals we’re rarely asked to work after 5 or 6 and I can’t remember a single time when a paralegal was asked to work on a weekend. I was in litigation pre-pandemic tho, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.
I never worked with any of the Boston attorneys or paralegals so don’t have any personal knowledge. But since it’s a smaller US satellite office, I’d imagine it’s equally if not more chill than Chicago. Milwaukee and maybe DC would be the only two offices that might be more intense.
