What are you asking? Roth IRA has a 6k limit and Roth 401k has a 19.5k limit. Not sure what tax benefit you are talking about.

like

• IRA: $6k total across Roth and/or traditional
• 401(k): $19.5k total across Roth and/or traditional.

The limits are completely separate; one does not affect the other.

like

Unless you have it split between brokerages, they normally track it for you so you can’t put over 6k in

I think he’s talking about Roth IRA and traditional IRA limits perhaps if individually retire contribution limit or a combined

Feeling really lonely this holiday season and I think it's time for a change. I love my job but I'm realizing I devote too much time to it. I would really like to expand my social circle and potentially meet someone, but I don't really know where to start. Ideally my partner would also work in healthcare, but it isn't a dealbreaker for me. Ladies what should I do?? I'm a 32 year old woman with no kids.

Hello,
I graduated in June with a dual BSBA in healthcare management and human resources management/organizational management and two associates degrees in business and arts. I have twelve years of experience as a certified clinical medical assistant.

I'm having trouble finding my first job as a healthcare manager. After submitting many applications and receiving so many rejection emails, I've become frustrated. Any advice anyone can give is greatly appreciated.

How much stock do you put on benefits? I have two offers with stark differences in benefits. Job 1: role I want, but benefit sucks (2 weeks paternity leave, 20% coinsurance). Job 2: role is okay but higher level and great benefits (16 weeks paternity, 0% coinsurance, 5 more days of vacation). Total comp is the same though. I wonder if I should just focus on role but Job 2 is a large company, so I can move around after 2-3 years I’d expect. Thoughts?

What is the process need to follow for getting the reimbursement for(I am at M level) ITIL or Scrum master certification from cognizant side.

I’d love honest reactions to help ease my mind. I’ve been paying lower rent (like 1400) in HCOL city last few years. Finally debt free from grad school as of this year. Total comp is now low 200k. Does 2800 for rent (im looking at new leases this week) feel high? Moderate? Just want a pulse check on if I’m being reasonable with the 2800, compared to how others think about it. I think it’s ok given HCOL and I now work from home. Disclaimer: this isn’t humble brag stuff. I just want real advice.

What should I ask for when I graduate? Living in Southern Pennsylvania.

Looking at exits into pharma and biotech. Have an opp at a biotech at the SM level. Total comp excluding equity is around $190k; RSUs vest over 4 years with annual refreshers, so first year equity would be around $6,200 and it would go up by $6,200 each of the next 3 years, plus whatever base bump I get. Very good benefits package.

They envision 2-3 years before I jump either to AD or right to D. Solid opp? Or hold out to go straight to director level?

Is there an easy/efficient way to figure out how much you've contributed to vs earned in your Roth accounts? I started contributing >20 years ago to my employer's Roth 401k and have rolled it over to a Roth IRA and moved it between multiple custodians, e.g. Fidelity, Vanguard, UBS, Personal Capital, etc. It is unclear to me how much I contributed vs how much I earned by investing it.

The purpose of doing this is I want to use $10K of it, but want to prove that the $10K is from my contribution.
