AWS Cisco I’ve about 10YOE in IT/Cisco Networking with CCNA TSSCI currently an engineer with dod contractor DMV area. Curious about AWS networking and would like to know if they’re willing to take on a Cisco guy and show them the ways of cloud networking. How is that transition if you’ve done so? nature of job and amount of work/problems vs cisco..
-Looking to possibly make the switch if they allow full WFH (any location) and pay well (160-200). Thanks in advance.

Worked at RPA. Great culture, people are nice, everyone leaves at 5, there are talented people there including several 72 alums. The vibe is much slower paced and quieter than you’re used to, which could be good and bad. If you’re burned out at 72 and want a social life again it could be a good fit. Make sure you work on Honda only if you go.
I'd vote Yes. No experience with 72 but RPA is great. They do really good work. And great people and culture
72 is a better name, RPA is a better culture.
Lol is this real?
Is it what you want for your career? Figure that out vs the opportunity. Don’t buy in to the kool aid from either side. Both are great experiences.
Depends. Department? Level?
@Google why just Honda? Farmers and apartments.com do good work too.
They do. Based on my time there Farmers tests like crazy and doesn’t produce as much. Plus it’s an established campaign. Honda you have more freedom to do new things and bigger budgets.
THANK YOU! I'm a strategist btw
Yes?
RPA is big on strategy. I can’t imagine the work is better than what you make at 72, but it is at least a nice place to work where you still have a life.
