Anyone ever deal with conflicting office politics between the partners in your office and the firm? I feel like I'm getting opposite requirements from the firm (HQ in another state) and the partners in my office. I also know that the partners have fired people without the approval and against the wishes of HR. The firm was pissed but accepted it. I'm scared to follow the firm's rules and also get fired, but I also agree with the firm more than the partners (this is mainly about stopping WFH).
