I’ve been an LPN for 8 years, predominately in pediatrics, both in patient and home healthcare. I’ve worked in medical offices for 10+ years before that. I was looking to explore options outside of bedside nursing/direct patient care, do I have many options? I saw another similar post but the OP is an RN, and I didn’t know how much that information would apply to me as an LPN.

I work as a staffing supervisor and in the beginning it was really rough and I’ve decided two months in that I was going to quit. I advise my current job that I was and they decided that they wanted me stay and they agreed to move me to a different department that was less stressful and more up my alley. But they haven’t done anything yet and Although I’m not in a rush I’ve had more time to think and I still want leave the Company. i’m not sure I will to find hospital job in New York ..
