Anyone else’s hotel loyalty screwed due to no travel from lockdowns? I was titanium on Marriott pre-Covid but had virtually no travel opportunity from casework start of year due to domestic case and then lockdown hit (when I was staffed interstate..) I’m a solid 9 nights away from maintaining platinum/34 nights from maintaining titanium - is there any opportunity to get special exceptions for status preservation? Anyone?

Is the likelihood of getting a better room (ie an upgrade) at an SPG property higher if you do a mobile check-in 24 hours before your actual arrival time?
