Anyone ever have experience negotiating a new offer to include unvested 401k match and stock grants from your current employer? I hate leaving money on the table but there are some good roles out there. I’m not fully vested in my current 401k yet and my stock grants haven’t matured yet either. This would be at a global director level.

Any Canadians in the US? What did you do with your TFSA accounts? Also - how does the US know about this account?

Does anyone else feel like they are just falling behind with the price increases for our big ticket items such as cars and homes? Like I started working in 2017 and I realized I couldn’t make it the way I wanted on $105k so now I’m at around $250k and I got some rentals but all of the homes in my area have doubled in price since 2020 so from $500k to $1m or above so I feel like I’m still just as financially tight now and cars seem just as unobtainable as when I first started.

I recently sign a lease. The apartment will put my security deposit into an interest-bearing account and requires me to fill out a form W9. I will join EY this June and just wondering if this is ok in terms of the independence rule. I guess the apartment will put my deposit in some sort of funds. Anyone with EY has experience? Reading the independence brochure, looks like it does not specify something related to this scenario but just wanted to confirm . TIA!

Hello fishes,

I've seen one post in Facebook, one person joined in TCS 3 months back and now HR called and asked about relieving letter of his absconding company where he worked only 2 months and however he didn't mention his experience in resume as well.

My question here I'm also in same situation I worked in one call centre company as part timer so it was irrelevant experience to me and i absconded from that company once I get full time job. Does it trouble after joining?

Hello everyone,

Below mentioned positions are vacant in my organization - Wissen Infotech.

A little introduction - This was established in 2000. It has a global presence in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Mexico and the Philippines. As per my personal experience - I have never experienced any corporate politics. And the seniors are very friendly and supportive. There are seniors here who have been working for more than 10 years.

I hope it helps.

Please DM for reference.

What's the most efficient vehicle to transfer this money into an index fund without exceeding contribution limits, that also allows me to make executive decisions and divert portions of the funds to future house down-payments, trust funds for family, etc, with limited withdrawal penalties?
