What is typical comp for an AD in big pharma in a commercial strategy role? Currently at 230k+20% in consulting, trying to gauge if pay would go up down or stay the same if I jumped to a client role. I think of my AD clients as junior to me but I realize I may have had some misconceptions about comp level on the client side

just moved to London for b-school and want to do some part-time or freelance work. Any ideas on how I can find these gigs/contracts?
