Salary and bonus for 1st yr Advisory Manager. Go.
Are you already a mgr making a lateral or promo too?
MBA or non
I don't think 130-160 is right for 1st yr advisory manager. Mine was $120k when promoted to manager (MC / tier 1 city). I'd say about 110-135 depending on your experience level and practice.
Post yours first OP if you truly want to see responses.
Typically $130-$160k and bonus is 5-15%
110-130. I was 115 as a first yr mgr. no mba.
@ M1 I don't have one yet, recruiter asked me to give a range
Sorry, I meant big 4 only. Just got an offer and want to see what the market range is.
@EY1, manager 1, so a promo
Bonus ranges widely per firm. Let us know which firm you are talking about.
@ EY1, when did you get promoted? Perhaps need to factor in inflation
A few yrs back. SM now but I think at mgr no mba starting 130 is kinda high.
Yeah, I agree w/ EY1. No MBA, 130 is high unless you are in a highly specialized practice
135 is the m1 minimum for pwc advisory
That’s no MBA^
