What is a typical Salary and bonus for North American Sales Director

Hi Everyone, I got interviewed with Deloitte for Automation testing, shared the documents too.. Got the HR call 3 days back..So when can I expect my letter of intent ? I jumped from another company to my current company 10 months and asked for 30% hike, because of that intent letter is getting delayed..Or how long can I wait? Kindly pour your suggestions please..

Has anyone accepted an offer at another firm where the firm allowed them to start up to 6 months after the offer to accept a bonus at their current firm (where offering firm said it won’t prospectively buy out of the prior firm’s bonus)? Prior firm pays bonuses in late Q1. Thoughts?

I have got an offer from S&P Global I want to know about following things

How much of Variable Pay is Paid ?? I got 15% of Base salary but how much will be paid like the usual norm i want to know

And what are the deductions from Base salary apart from PF ?
There are lot of allowances like internet reimbursement etc etc
Are they mandatorily credited or you need to claim ?

L7 Consulting, Chicago, $152k, ~4 YoE total. MD in Strategy has offered to sponsor me to move over as Manager. I’ve been told by SMD in Consulting (who recruited me) that I should be expecting L6 SM in the next year, year and a half, and likely won’t get promoted as fast in Strategy. Would welcome advice on how to think about transfer / negotiating compensation if I stay in Consulting. TIA!

Got an offer for Sr. A.E selling SaaS. $150K base, OTE $275K and 20,000 RSU (5 years vest) but value of RSU is undisclosed since this is a startup.

Having a hard time with the RSU offer since I have no idea if 20K shares is good or not. Any insights or advise is much appreciated!
