3 YOE consulting at B4. What’s a reasonable salary for a PM at a growing start up?

One of the renowned Retail Company - 13 LPA(Fixed Component including PF contribution)- CTC is ~ 13.7 LPA 3. A Bank - 13 LPA ( Fixed A + B) ( hoping not to join) Please give your suggestions! Analytics domain. years of WE : ~2 years Current CTC : 9.45 CTC (Fixed - 8 LPA & Variable - 1.5 Lpa)

Why would anyone work in consulting especially big 4 when tech companies pay so much more? Almost equal base salary with massive RSUs and stock appreciation and WAY BETTER work life balance. Just a thought!

I have an offer at KMPG as a Manager in their tax group and am now a supervisor at a mid sized firm and have been told I would make manager this next year. Can anyone give me some insight into culture and work life balance at the larger firms? And any pros and cons of moving to big 4. My main concern is flexibility from March -15 to end of April as I’ve already committed to going to weddings or bachelor parties a lot of weekends in that time frame and am concerned that would be an issue at big 4

Brutal honesty needed. My daughter is entering PA this month (Big 4). She is beautiful in a more sensual, overt way (although not unprofessional). I’m worried about women hating her and men not taking her seriously. I’m a sole practitioner and hoping that things have gotten better for women since I was at PW.
