I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?

Currently an engineer in MCOL area with 4 years experience (post graduating, not counting experience before/during college and large side gigs). Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. The worrying/anxiety multiplies when I proceeded further in the interview stages. Now that I signed the offer and is pending background checks, my anxiety is off the roof as it itches closer to my starting date.

Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.

I received an offer from a boutique litigation firm and a large law firm on the same day! I want to take a little time to consider both. What’s the typical time frame to respond?

Two recruiters have told me that specific major national firms refuse to interview any current or former employees of the firm I work for. is this a big problem or something usual for firms? Panic set in and I’m worried I won’t find decent employment. Current role is underpaying and workload is unmanageable with zero sign of improvement.

I do not have form16, form26AS and salary slips for a job I did in a startup in 2016-17 which KGS has asked for in background verification process. Although I have submitted experience letter, relieving letter and offer letter for the same I'm not sure what will happen next. Can they roll back the offer letter? Why does it take so much time to approve exit for employees serving notice period. During this period the employees are pressurized and treated really bad. Is this very common in KPMG. Cause in the other big 4 or any other organisation this does not happen. KGSEmployees are afraid that they will not get the approval for the requested exit date.
