It's always been a dream of mine to work at Google, specifically as a UX designer (currently transitioning into UX from visual design). I've been so afraid to apply to any jobs with UX title, Google or not, because I'm always doubting myself and telling myself I'm still under-qualified.

I mean I’m not sure it makes a difference for finance transformation because I think that sits outside S&O. I know a finance transformation senior manager who left Deloitte a few months ago around the 150 range.
Doesn’t matter, at Deloitte you are never underpaid no matter how stagnant your salary increases are
