Hello 🐠- first time home buyer and closing is in next 45 days. Have a decent Credit score (757) and Worried with fluctuating bond yields/ interest rates . Typically what fund size do you need to target to get $225k+ in total comp (base+bonus) as a 1Y Associate? HH’s are mentioning sub-200k salaries to me across all opportunities coming my way, LMM funds ($600M-$2B).
