I have an interview for supply chain manager at DD. What is the pay range and what should I expect? It's with a recruiter so this is in the early stages.

Curious, but why isn’t tax calculated inside TC? The money you are forced to pay to the IRS isn’t compensation since you can’t use it. TC should be the amount you actually get to keep as compensation for your work. An extreme example would be if someone had a 100% tax rate for some mysterious reason. Would they be able to claim 150K TC even though they take home $0.00 a month?
