Hey peeps. I need some advice. I’ve been working in consulting for 3 years now and I realized that I’ve developed panic attacks when in virtual meetings. Today I was told I’m being confirmed for a project and had a little panic attack while telling my SO. I never had this problem before consulting but I guess because I’m often working with new ppl on projects and want them to keep working with me, it causes a lot of fear and anxiety. I have shortness of breath and other panic attack symptoms.
